Purchases can be returned in original condition (incl. unopened packaging) within 28 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

If you wish to return your item, please notify us via email warmliipillow@gmail.com or via the contact form on the website with your full name, reason for return and state clearly whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will get back to you within 1-3 working days with a confirmation and provide you with a return address to send it to.

We recommend that you send it back using a tracked delivery service that will insure you for the value of the items, as we cannot guarantee receiving the item otherwise. We are not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel.

If you select an exchange, there will be an additional transaction charge for postage, a payment link will be sent to you for these charges beforehand.

An exchange is only offered if the original product arrives back undamaged in good condition for re-sale. 

A refund will be issued only once the item is received. An email of receipt will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
